FAQ: What's the best way to send Artwork to WM&F?

The fastest and easiest way to send your your Digital Artwork to Woodlands Mailing & Fulfillment is by uploading to our FTP server.

How do I access your FTP Server?

Use FTP software (such as WS FTP, Fetch, or FTP Explorer) to connect to our server. If you're not familiar with using FTP (File Transfer Protocol) software, we highly recommend WS FTP Professional. Click here to obtain a 30-Day Trial Copy.

You will need the following settings in order to upload to our FTP site:

User: ftp-wmf
Pass: guest1

NOTE: Prior to uploading to our FTP site, please notify us with an email at info@mymailinghouse.com so that we can anticipate your file.

FAQ: What file format should I use to send my Artwork?

We accept files in .PDF format. We prefer that you not password protect them, however if you must, please be sure to inform us as to what the password is...
